PURPOSES OF THE TREATMENT    
Management of the email accounts of researchers, professionas, end-users, foundations, Universities and any other kind or private or public institution interested in field of visual impairment and low vision.
Extended description: To have up-to-date information on all  individuals from any university, research centre, foundation, companies or any other public or private institutionetc. whose line of work is related to low vision. To share this information among the aforementioned researchers. Receipt and forwarding of papers, communications on conferences, or any documentation relating to low vision. Communications, calls for subsidies, grants, prizes or the holding of technical sessions or conferences.
Conservation period: They will be kept for the time necessary to comply with the purpose for which they were collected and to determine possible responsibilities that could derive from this purpose and from the processing of the data.

Legal basis of the treatment: Ley 14/2011, de 1 de junio, de la Ciencia, la Tecnología y la Innovación.

ADDRESSEES    
Planned transfers. Addresses: individuals included previously in the ESLRR database, with the prior consent of those affected.
